1. Acceptance of the Terms

By using the website www.valladolidexpeditions.mx and make a reservation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website.

2. Use of the Website

This website is intended for users aged 18 or over only. By using this site, you warrant that you are of legal age to make reservations.

3. Tour Reservations

• Reservation Process:To make a reservation, you must complete the appropriate form on our website. All required fields must be filled out with accurate information.
• Confirmation: Once your reservation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will serve as proof of your reservation.
• Payments: All payments must be made online using the payment methods indicated on the site. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• All tours depart with a minimum of 3 passengers. If you wish to depart with only 2 people, you will have to pay an additional 30 USD per person, adding 60 USD to be able to take the tour with only two passengers. 

4. Cancellation Policies

• Cancellations by the Client: If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance to receive a 50% refund in credit from Valladolid Expeditions. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded.
• Cancellations by Valladolid Expeditions: We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to adverse weather conditions, lack of minimum attendance or any other reason. In such case, an alternative or full refund will be offered.

5. Responsibility

Valladolid Expeditions will not be liable for any damage, loss or injury that occurs during participation in the tours, except where required by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in suitable condition to participate in the activities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos and photographs, is the property of Valladolid Expeditions or its respective owners. Reproduction of this content in whole or in part is prohibited without the express consent of Valladolid Expeditions.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and your continued use of the website following the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Welcome to Valladolid Expeditions, where we offer you the most exciting experiences in Yucatan and its surroundings! All our excursions are exclusive and require advance reservation.

RESERVATIONS (TOURS)

• 48 hours or more in advance: 50% refund discounting payment gateway percentages.
• Less than 48 hours notice: Reembolso 50% en crédito de Valladolid Expeditions, descontando porcentajes de pasarela de pago.
• No show or late arrival: no refund.

WEATHER CONDITIONS

If Valladolid Expeditions considers it necessary to reschedule our services due to bad weather conditions, the client can:

• Choose a different day.
• Request a 50% refund deducting payment gateway percentages.

PRICES AND EXCHANGE RATE

Prices and charges for credit and debit cards are in Mexican Pesos. The exchange rate is provided by the issuing bank, so your account statement will indicate the bank exchange rate applied.
